Hi, got the bilstein shocks, what would be the next couple of things that would give me the biggest "bang for the buck" to improve the handling on my stock 68 Charger?

Thanks!
Mark

Where did you end up getting the bilsteins from? Theyre my next purchase, but at $400 I'm wanting to wait for some type of discount.
I just bought hotchkis front hollow sway bar. It should arrive today.

I vote torsion bars or front sway bar, depending on what you've got currently and what you plan on doing with the car.

-'02 Dodge Viper Ex-World Challenge racecar
-'73 Duster, 6.1 based 392 hilborn hemi, tko600, full floater rear 9", Hellwig custom bars, viper brakes, built for road course

I have a Hotchkis front swaybar. Made a drastic improvement. Hellwig makes sweet tubular bars as well, and I have one of those on standby for the rear. I purchased my Bilsteins off of evilbay from 4wheelparts and they were $395 shipped. Cant wait to get my car back on the road.

Mopar to the bone!!!

I'd do the bigger front sway bar next. I like the FF stuff. After that, frame connectors. Past a certain point, stiffening up the suspension doesn't help much if the chassis is flexing.

all stock components. fron end is newer, but not upgraded from factory. I just want a little better handling car. NOT going to road race or anything.

Thanks!

Hellwig, Hotchkis, or Firm Feel sway bars.

Next alignment try to maximize caster up to about 3 degrees.

I wrote an entire book on that subject.

Depends on tires you're running.
Fairly stock tires then look at the factory handling package, and a bit more agressive alignment. Radial tires tend to work better with a bit more negative camber. You can pick that up with more initial negative camber as well as more positive caster. The caster will help the camber when the wheel is turned.

Next steps up would be a bit larger on the front sway bar and/or t-bars. If the car has no front sway bar, then that is almost a given that you want to add one.
I suspect Andy's book would be a good investment on the specifics whether you stay with factory or go aftermarket.

tires are Radial T/As
275 60 15s in rear
235 60 15s front
