So I went shopping for a new PCV at the local shop and all showed the wrong one.So onto Yearone,,,$97.99..Are you ^*#@&^ kidding me...Is this my only option or can I spray the heck out of the old one..The old one still rattles but is dirty..Don't know for sure if it has been replaced.I have had the car 10 years and I haven't... 7181072-PCV.png (38 downloads)

mikemee1331 master M Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 4,154 bethlehem pa	shoot some carb cleaner through it and pop it back on. the rattle is the check ball which only allows one way airflow (out of the cover) and if it still rattles, it's good!

I pulled them off a set valve covers my father used to have on his car. They both had been sitting for a couple years and I had to put a lot of cleaner through the breather filter to get it clean (the pcv didnt take much). The pcv actually has a Pentastar logo on it. Any way, they are still functioning fine.
