Thinking of putting the crankcase evac vents and oil filler cap in the valley pan and leaving the B1 valve covers as cast with no holes.
I realize that a baffle may be required under the valley pan.
Has anyone done it like this and did it work okay?

B1 heads really dont have any bearing on this... but
I've put a vac pick up in the valley pan with a few
different style baffles and it didnt work well... it
still sucked up ALOT of oil

A few years ago I built a fairly intricate baffle on the on the underside of the valley cover, it still sucked WAY too much oil.
