Yup, dropped my guard for just a second and got bit by the A Body bug... according to Google maps, we're 6.81 miles apart - as the crow flies, or should I say Superbird?

Seriously, after 25 years, how'd that work out like this? I had a good time and your beer is always cold.

Hey Brent thanks. I just saw your post. I'm glad your out enjoying your car. I took the Cuda out a few times this weekend, and George has been absorbing all things mopar lately.

I have started planning and over the next few weeks things will slowly start to change. Headliners on the way. It won't be the exact factory color. Neither choice offered, is factory per Dante

I fired up the Dart and had to set the timing. The entire downstairs smelt like the car had sat in the kitchen running

This is a pic for Scott's archives 1969 340 4spd distributor stamping. It looks like a 51 in a circle

I plan to rebuild the original master cylinder, so excuse the current unit. Heres a few shots to show how nasty it was

Another to show how grimey it was. Trust me it had to be scraped off by hand.

I tried to make this video and it was one issue after another. I finally got one shot, but it started smoking right as I did. Anyway Happy Birthday lil Mopar

I've never seen a candle blown out like that before. Very cool. The cake has a full day's supply of CO and Mopar!

I'm not sure if the car made a wish, but explain this:

How was I lucky enough to stumble on a parts car right after filming this... that should make me enough money to seriously help the Darts cause?

I'm pretty sure "Tina" wished for a better life with her new owner since her old one neglected her for so long. So get busy cleaning and start listing parts on ebay already!!

The AMX saga generated quite a bit of Dart Money.

As I sell off the parts and the Car money is accumulating I am thinking about my wonderful wife.
She funded the paint job of the Cuda, after my many years of military service and sacrificing for the families needs.
She also helped me score the Dart and we never even really discused me dragging it it home, the entire conversation was "Whats that going to cost?" "I dunno yet" then she even surrended her her R/T's garage stall because the neighborhood Nazi's would complain if it were outside. So I think she'll get the lions share of the cash....

The buckskin headliner from Dante arrived. Here it is compared to the original.

Well the water pump needed to be replaced, and a bolt broke off in the block. I was hoping to drive it to a Mopar show just a few miles from the house this Saturday. We'll see

Here are some pictures of the stampings on the fan etc.

I think you should take it to the show and park next to a restored car and see how many people look at your car first.
