A buddy of mine is building a low deck 498 or 512 with B1-BS heads that have some port work done, entry to port is about 2.6 x 1.325, car weighs ball park 2500 or so with driver and has a glide, running around 650 to 670 lift roller, what intake would any of you recommend for this combo for a single dominator. Also, based on intake recommendation what type of valley tray would work if something other that the stock type.

thanks
Bryan

Indy on my Dwayne Porter ported B1-BS heads on my 493. Edelbrock Victor on my unported B1-BS heads on my 431 or 451.

On that big an engine just open the port mouth to M.W. size and put the Indy intake on it.

Not a lot of choices for low deck, standard port, Dominator intakes. In fact, there is only one intake that I'm aware of that fits that description.

Mopar makes the 4500 M1 which is a good manifold. I've used it on a few motors and it makes good power.
