Does anyone know any info on the 440 engine that is in a RV, my father-in-law is wanting to put it in his 68 Coronet R/T. We was wondering if the cam and pistons needed to swapped out or run it the way it is. The motor has around 58,000 on it.

DEPENDS on the HP level he wants. For a cruiser .... it will be fine. Now to boost HP ... small chambered heads are the plan and a cam would work too. A piston swap is very Xpensive.
