You guys just buy sheets and cut your own??, or is there a source for pre-cut panels...
I need a front windshield and rear glass for my Duster...

i made cardboard stencils of my glass for the whole car, but i'm on the opposite side of the world & it was cheaper. wasn't hard to do.

Mine is ProGlass. Very nice stuff especially if you areworking with curved windows.

what is the standard thickness to use? 1/8? 3/16? ect.

I have a Glasstek kit for a Duster which I believe is a Pro Glass. 3/16" formed windshield and back light, 1/8" sides. I've never even opened the box, it could be bought.
