For a turbo or for a cold air intake/kit. I have been on one website that has parts that people use for kind of custom fitting a cold air intake into a car that didn't have cold air. I have also heard of people using things like these to set up their turbo systems. Where can I find these parts???

Diesel truck shop.

These help, but I am sure that there was a place that sold universal kits, low profile and even twin kits, and had custom components. I am wanting to put a cold air intake on my demon because I don't have the hood clearance to put a traditional filter on.
