ok i got a grill out of a 89 w150 an i want to swap it into my 85 w150, i pulled the old grill out an went to put the new 1 in an it would not fit??? whats up do i need to pull the light bezels out?

The 86-90 grill itself is wider than the 81-85 style. To use the 89 grill you will have to change the large grill surround piece and headlight bezels as well.
Keep in mind the the headlights are attached to to the radiator support in a slightly different spot too, so the headlights won't be quite square in the headlight bezels either, but they do fit.
