After running Modified and Pro Eliminator over the last ten years and finishing the best of 2nd twice I raced Outlaw Street Eliminator at Beaver Springs Dragway this year and I won the championship by 13 rounds. I raced 29 races, made it to the finals 14 times, and won 9 races. It was a great year racing on a pro tree, I averaged a .031RT for the entire year. Winning makes racing way more fun! Here is a helmet cam video I put together on the last night of the season during time shots. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRFbFkTtCJ0Chris

Always good to see a mopar win a track championship! As far as I know, there haven't been many mopars doing it at BSD since I won a few of them...that was quite a few years ago. Many deserved congrats formerly known there as "Barracuda Bob"

Congrats! I loved winning the track championship. Now you've got a bulls eye on your back. I found it amusing that when I'd pull into the lanes no one would pull along side me, just get in line behind my car.

The combo: '68 340 block and stock crank, Edelbrock heads, MP .557 cam, 10.75:1 compression ratio, Edelbrock Performer intake, Holley 830 CFM carb, and hooker 1 5/8" headers. The Dart has a 904 TF, and an 8 3/4" with 4.10 gears, the slicks are 26x9 Hoosiers. I live about 53 miles from the track and I made 173 runs this year. Yes, the best is when nobody with pull into the staging lanes next to me, everybody lines up behind me, that is the best feeling.
