The 60 isn't that much heavier than an 8 3/4 and in actual back-to-back tests came within one hundredth of a second in the quarter mile. I'd contact DrDiff.

I just got my Strange 60 done up by Dr.Diff and will weigh it this weekend against my old 8-3/4 that is pretty much a carbon copy of your rear. It has served me well over the last ten years but I don't want an appointment with any wall at any speed over a stubborn debate.
I'm selling mine also and it has Moser axles in it. The ham is called for already though.
