Had my 70 440-6 dyno tuned, carb adjustments, valve adj, the usual. Engine has 10,000 street, 10 Strip miles. Never smoked before other than a little blackish/Blue on startup. Now it smokes (blue) for a few blocks after it's sat for a day or two. Classic valve seal symptoms? These rockers are aftermarket installed by Best Machine after I put a pushrod thru the stock rocker 10 years ago. Any guesses? ways to diagnose? Nothing worse then driving a Sublime smoker. Thanks Greg

Yes I'd change them out. Not sure on a positive diagnosis but you have to change something & seals would be the easiest (do ya feel lucky well do you )

I would look at the seals first and check valve guide clearance

next I would rule out the intake sucking oil into the runner and into the cyl.

10 yrs and low milage may have the seal brittle/cracking/falling apart.

are they the stock type seals or has it been machined for PC seal?
