45 ft lbs on the center section nuts crisscrossing, not sure on the axle retainer nuts though I usually go pretty snug making sure the plate is being drawn down evenly & not hanging up on the stud threads. No sealer on the white foam gasket. Light coating of silicone on either side of the metal gasket though I prefer to spray it with Permatex "high tack" the red stuff in the spray can as it goes on light and is extremely tacky and seals well. I personally avoid silicone most of the time tho it does have it's place. EDIT copious amts of sealer can make the foam gasket (especially the thick white ones) squish out of the retainer when tightening but several tiny dabs of super glue or actually any gasket sealer will hold it in place if needed. The axle studs are the same diameter/fine threads as the 3rd member studs so the torque may be the same (45) but I would check
