Guage could be a bit off, or you could be lean. Either way, it stops there, does it ever drop back down at any time?

It looks like the fan shroud setup is blocking about 25% of the radiator. Try removing the fan + shroud completly and run down the highway. I bet it runs cool - right at stat temp.

If that test works, you need a shroud setup that lets the air flow through the whole radiator... like the OE.

Any reason you couldn't put a mechanical fan and standard style shroud on? They work great.

Uh oh. Factory shroud. Copper. 180 Superstat. Green coolant. Mancini Billet housing. 2 eared factory cap. Thermal fan. Ma knew how to keep them cool.

overheating "at speed" is usually a partly restricted rad imo. Way less likely is a stat not opening all the way. Something restricting the water flow
