They had to crank one side in a lot and very little on the other side.

How do I check?

Look at the back of the bar, a part number should be visible, the even # goes on the passenger side & odd # on the drivers side.... Could be one bar is failing....

where were the LCA adjusters when you installed the bars? make sure the adjuster screws are backed off as much as possible so you can still see the head past the threads. then make sure the adj. arm is down

I've seen some where you need the "wind" the torsion bar a little during the installation to get the torsion bar end to the next slot in the torsion bar socket in the crossmember. IMO it comes down to how accurately it was welded together at the factory and if the car's had any frame damage/repairs.
