Dennis, you are one of the most annoying people on this site.
Did you look at the photos? Did you see the blower snout? Did you see the blower tensioner pulley that would contact a fan clutch?

![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/popcrn.gif) Simply annoying.

I'm looking and the photos won't 100% confirm it but to me it looks like theres a good amount of space between the alternator belt & the blower belt..... As long as there is nothing the photos don't show I'd look at shortening the blower snout, tensioner & crank pulley...
Not a bad idea, B&M or someone like that should offer drive options. Or use a manifold that moves the blower back some.

Well I now have it cooling the way I`d like. The pulley ratio was 3% UNDER-driven ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rant.gif) So i made a pulley out of 2 cut/weld ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/weld.gif) and now have 17% over-driven ratio. That did it. Let it idle for 10min.s after a hard drive. Never topped 180* ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbs.gif)
