Can someone clear this mystery up for me?

Who repo's these? Are they unique to a hardtop? I see 69-70's listed in the Year One catalog, but not 68's.

You'd think 69 would be the same, but...no repo's list them as being the same..or not. Just seems a little weird to me. I don't really have anything to compare them too.

I'll try to get you a picture of the one in my dads gtx. maybe someone with a 69/70 convertible can post what they have to compare them to.

I would think 68 and 69 convertible visors are the same. The convertible visor are definately different than hardtop/coupes. I compared by 69 GTX convertible visors to my 68 RR visors. They are not as wide and are much shorter.

Same shape for 68-70 but the 68 uses a different vinyl grain, 68 uses cologne and the others coachman.

Here's a pic of the visors on my 68. I haven't changed them to blue yet because if I do it will change the thread color also. I'll get a set of blue visors someday. I thought Year1 had the 68 also?

I see you too have the painted visor mounting bracket.... Some are plated, when I first saw mine & thought they had painted over the plating than realized they were painted & some other 68's had them painted.... I think it's better, two less parts to plate..
