I bought these for a lesser built engine and thought I could use then on this one WRONG one run then:( Luckily no major damage to other parts, I will buy a new rocker set not just replace the shaft. What to buy? Hughes, T&D, Other?

I had it happen to crane gold race rockers and it was because the bolts came loose.

I don't know the open pressure, they are PSI roller springs, the highest RPM was 6500. I followed the link about us cheap Mopar guys after I thought I could use this Chinese stuff. I got lucky and got away with no major damage. The hold downs were Hughes with studs torqued per Hughes recommendation. Nothing I received from PRW was any good, I haven't even got a refund for the damper that didn't fit. Hopefully the flexplate won't shatter on the next run.

On my W-2 heads I turn each nut a 1/4 turn till tight... takes a while but I never broke a shaft

Those rockers dont belong on any engine with roller cam and springs. They just arent capable or of high enough quality for that. You cant ( sort of) blame the rockers, they were mis-applied sorry to say.
Check your PMs.

Had that happen to harland sharps shafts. Bought some cheap mancini shafts witch seem to hold up fine.
I would think the hold downs came loose. I know the shfts in the prw kit is good/not any worse than some else
