im fixing to swap out push rods
bought some new ones and they came in today
what order do you set them in as i forgot
i was told by a old hemi racer to bring each piston top dead center then adjust them both as both valves should be closed at that time at 167 bucks for a new set of pushrods i dont want to mess anything up
all goes good might get to hear the hemi belch/fart or something tomarrow lol

I used to use the charts but graduated to the simple method. use a remote starter switch to bump it over until the intake valve is significantly depressed and adjust the exhaust valve. Bump it over again until the exhaust valve is significantly depressed and adjust the intake. Repeat for each cylinder.

You need a different mentor. Good thing you asked here also. There are several good ways to do this and then there is your guys wrong way.

Here is one way.

I do it similar to ahy only I do the exhaust when the intake is almost closed and I do the intake when the exhaust just starts to open.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.
