installed a wilwood front disc kit on a 64 plymouth, and used the wilwood master,7/8",plus a wil-rear adj prop valve. and useing the stock mopar 11" rear drums. well....after bench bleeding, several manual bleeds, and a few pressure bleeds...no pedal. the pedal ratio is 6.2,and am using the wil adapter for the manual single master, and using the mopar manual pedal hole also...pretty straightforward...i thought. pump a few times and pedal is ok? no fade, but let up..and it goes right to the floor, and take 5-10 pumps to get it 2" off floor at best. what am i doing wrong? yes i bleed both sides of the caliper, cant find the issue...is the master too small? its all selected kit,by a wilwood tech,so it should be right?..and help would be great, thanks, mike

You are only bleeding the top bleeders , right? If you bleed the lower bleeders, it can let more air in, and you'll never get a pedal.

yes...the calipers each have [4] four bleeders on each caliper..,2 uppers, and 2 lower for each side. i have bled only the top two.called wilwood tech, and they said just bleed it more....i think i ran 3 pints through it already,lol...

Air... Bench bleed (on the car) the master then (1) half at a time. Many ways to bleed the corners but I like a helper & I hand push the pedal down & hold it till he tells me he's closed the bleeder and I use a block of wood under the pedal so the cups do not go past their normal wear area which could hasten their demise, kinda picky but thats me

Yes it sounds like it still has air in it, somewhere.

is the pushrod adjusted properly? does it let the master cylinder plunger return all the way? how much play in it before it pushes the plunger.
also, hows the adjustment on the rear brakes?

i believe the pushrod is adj good. plenty of stroke, and its about at the end of the rod w/ about 2.5 amount of threads in the heim joint. not bottoming out the master, and coming all the way to the end of stroke, when pedal is released. play is ~1" or so,before rod is pushed/being worked.i think freeplay is correct. rear brakes are tightened to the point of a little drag is on the turning of the wheel. yes i think its still got air in the system, but i cant figure where????????? great ideas, but i need more...wilwood says it should work great. i do too,if air was all out of system. im going to pressure bleed the crap out of it this am,and see. ..thanks,guys..

Sometimes these take forever to bleed. Make sure that the Master is always topped off. My experience with these HP masters is that they want the res. completely full. Sometimes you'll have to bleed one caliper and check the fluid, fill, and move to next caliper. Also, start your bleed at the pass. back and move to the other back one and then to the front.

What kind of bleeder are you using? Plastic reservoir on the MC?

Though not Wilwood's, when I installed a Strange rear disc conversion, my calipers had top and bottom bleeders. I could not get all the air out until I removed the caliper (with line attached), turned it upside down and bled the other bleeder (with it now pointed up).

I have them on my Duster and I had to loosen the caliber and get them level to bleed them. Because the top bleeds where not level and let air sit on top, then I had to get a power bleeder and pressurize the master to get all the air out. I had the same issue could not get a pedal at all. hope this helps
