looking to replce or have my 1974 charger door hinges rebuilt . doing major body mods to doors and fenders and my hinges have a lot of play . is it cheaper to just buy after market or rebuild the originals ? I put after market on my 69 and five years later there fine of corse not a daily driver .

used to be able to get a rebuild kit in the HELP section of any parts store. very easy to do yourself.

Things my have changed in the intervening months, but the lowest price I could find on a set of AMD hinges was from Restoration Parts Source . They were drop shipped directly from AMD.

That's not a bad price. If you don't feel like rebuilding them, then that is your next best choice.
