Found the correct Bolts, and some close enough spring clips. When I brought them to the counter, they told me since I did the search, I could have them for free!

They have all the little bolts and stuff I ever needed and always reasonably priced and way more correct than I care about. He's on Philmont in Bensalem PA- the website should be easy to find too. Don't ask the counter person unless they know what is what. Just go look through the hardware trays you will find plenty of those extruded sheet metal nuts. Many other clips and such people think they have to order from some where, after all bolts is boltsRight?
