Ive got a 70 Challenger RT/SE and the car is a Gomango exterior with the Burnt Orange Interior. Well of course the first thing I have to do is get my door panels, kick panels, dash etc the right color burnt orange, but my wife was looking at the carpet along side of some white seats and really liked it. Yea yea, of course the car didnt come with this combo, but it did look good. Now the two trains of thought goes "do what makes you happy" and "keep it original". Its not a numbers matching car, it was only a 383 from the get go, and Im putting in a 440. The car is a rotisserie car and I will have it very nice.

At first I didnt like the burnt orange interior, then it grew on me as you dont see the RT/SE combo of Gomango, white vinyl top with burnt orange interior "a whole lot". Later the burnt orange interior grew on me.

But back to the original question, has anyone done this, with the carpet and panels one color and the seats white? Is it tacky? Will I have to put a bag over my head? It seems Ive seen the combo on a few B body cars. Ok, so give me your worth.

Other than black & white.....

Some other two tone interiors were available on 1970 Barrcuda. Green, blue & red with white seats / door panels.

Me personally, I've always thought the 2 tone interiors were the best option. This is a 1970 B-body done by AGAR , but it should give you some idea on how it'll look

Man that kinda knocks me out. I like that look. Yea my RT/SE wasnt that way originally, but I think this is one time I might have to do what pleases myself.

My 70 GTX has the burnt orange carpet, dash and headliner along with the white seats and door panels like the one already mentioned. Randy
