Doug I tried a System 1 30 micron 8 an filter before the pump when I re-did my fuel system this spring. The fuel pressure would drop to 0 going down my drive way, I removed it and everything is fine. Now I have a $90 piece of tool box art.
I think Challenger 1 is right on this one, 100 micron before the pump.
