Progress has been a little slow the last week, but I have been busy in the time I've had...

I got the rear springs knocked out and the spring hangers knocked off the side of the frame, which took longer than I expected.

I made new front spring hangers and with the Dakota's leaf springs and aftermarket rear shackles I got the 8 3/4" rearend mocked up under there. I haven't welded anything yet, but I think it's going to work out nice.

I took a couple pictures last night, but didn't get a chance to get them off the camera.

I also found a rear swaybar in the shed that I bought years ago that was advertised fitting an E-body but it didn't, it looks like it might be a nice fit for this project!
