I haven't heard any 'no stamp' rumors on any of the Mopar quarters. I'll see what I can find out though. I'm assuming you were talking about the 69 coronet quarters? Those do go a bit slow, but they're probably the nicest quarters.
On the coronet fenders, I haven't heard anything but a 'no' on those... Sorry
On the 69 dart fenders, they're still in the works. I haven't gotten an ETA yet though. From what I hear, 68-76 dart and 70-76 duster fenders are the plan. I heard no 67 Dart and no 67-69 barracuda fenders.
