first off,, not al 87 360s have roller cams. I have 2 87 360 truck engines and neither are roller cammed.
If the crank is not drilled, you can use a later style pilot bushing. You will need to cut about a 1/2 off the input shaft.
Send your 318 flywheel to a machine shop and have it balanced for the 360, much cheaper than buying a new one unless yours is bad.
a 360 pass side motor mount is needed as the ears on the block are wider.
the rest of you exhisting stuff will be ok.
