Hello all.
I friend of mine just bought an original unrestored '68 Hemi Road Runner (LL1 with silver interior and non-console 4-speed), but is missing the original motor.
The car is too "believed" to be a California car of which it was last registered in Washington State.
VIN: RM21J8G138199

The VON which will probably be on the block is 160016, so the stamp may look like:
8G 160016
