If the top part of your quarters are good, cut and flange them below the middle body line.

ON a 'Cuda, the middle body line is right there at the top of the wheel well opening. NO way you can cut the quarter there; won't be any metal left to flange. It's not a Challenger, which is what I did for that; only used the bottom half of the repop skin.
