Does look clean & nice; and the surroundings indicate someone likes things neat & clean.
That said, I wonder where that actually is ? Looks like suburbs and a large homesite.

There's a few details about this car that lead me to believe it's one I looked at in Salem, Ohio about 6-7 years ago. It was an Ohio car from new, but was low mile, and had an older restoration that wasn't 100% correct. I passed on the car for $23k, and it ended up at a used car lot in Canfield, Ohio. Last I saw it, they had it listed at $17k.
It was a nice car, but the owner and I couldn't come to a reasonable price. By the time it came back around, I had moved on to other projects, and wasn't in a position to buy.
