I had a bunch of my old A body1 3/4x10.0 inch rear drum brake shoes relined with brake material for fork lifts, which is supposed to be the best short stopping material available to help hold one of my old foot brake cars stage wrench up
They work really well on both ends of the track and on the street up boogie scope
Being that they, the lining, are for heavy industrial use I'm not expecting to get 40,000 street miles out of them shruggy
I'll be happy with 10,000 street miles up
