I also like 100# to break in solids. You arent worried about anything with breaking in the cam as far as lift, bind etc...you simpy wont be turning it that high like Jim says. The other thing to do, is mark the tops of the lifters, turn engine over by hand first, make sure they are rotating before you do anything else. If so, your 95% there anyhow, go with a 100ish # spring,all will be fine.
