The '73- A body pin types had smaller pistons than the 2.75" E and B bodies.


73 A bodies did not use pin type calipers. Sliders only. Pre 73 did use a pin type, but that would be the 4" bolt pattern setup


You can mix and match pin and slider calipers and caliper adapter bracket on 73-76 A-body/73-74 E-body spindles. Same for FMJ spindles.

So you really need to examine part for part what you have. Look for the Mopar Action Disc-O-Tech brake swap article online.
