This is one of those places where the RockAuto online catalog is an asset. You can start picking a likely suspect (say a '75 Charger), drill down to the likely part (brake pads), and look at pics to see that according to the parts shown, they apparently went from a base number 39 pin-type pad to a base number 84 slider-type pad (some say 5/75, some say 11/75). Then click on the part number to see that the 84 slider pad fits everything from a '73 A to and '89 M-body. The 39 pin-type fits everything from a '66-78 B-body to a Bricklin to a Gremlin to a '72 D300 and a 1010 IHC truck. It's GREAT for figuring interchange on mechanical parts, especially on oddball stuff.
