240 heads would be a much better match for a six pack intake manifold. You're going to have issues mating a six pack intake to the TF270 heads.


Yes agreed. The 240s would match up better. I gave my builder two intakes. One to play with to see how he could match up the 270s. Initial plan was for 240s. He has both heads in stock. He said he’s satisfied with the porting/matching with the 270s so we’ll give it a go and see what it makes on the Dyno. 10.5 to 1. 262/267 @50. 637/634 lift. 110 LSA installed at 107 or there about...can’t remember. The motor is built however the car is still on the rotisserie lol! Just about done metal work.


I'm curious to see what the six pack intake looks like after being modified to fit the Max Wedge ports. It was my understanding that this would involve significant welding to build up the top of the ports at the heads. Can you post a few pictures?
