You would thinking hearing and seeing how Indy treated guys over the years it would be a good reminder of how not to treat your customers.
Yeah Indy set the bar pretty high for rude behavior. But the gal at Jim's was super nasty to work with and there was a guy down south who sold restoration parts who ripped people off all the time so the Mopar hobby has plenty of cranky, rude and dishonest actors in it. I talked to Cope once about building a transmission but it was clear that he wasn't super interested in my business so I just called the next guy on my list. Not everyone likes everyone else so I just move on to someone I have a better chance of getting along with.
