Well I planned to have my new 408 finished and installed in my Duster for this year but I haven’t finished it yet so I’m now on year number 5 with my 422 small block. I lowered the shift rpm down to 6800 last year and 6600 this year to baby it a little. Man what a hot day for our first outing of the year. My son Matt did the driving Saturday (thank God) running a nice string from 6.10-6.11 making it to the 5th round before spinning a touch and the car slowing .01 losing that round.
