On your deal with the solid flat lifters I would use Valvoline VR1 10x30 Wt. racing oil with no additional additives twocents


The 410 stroker I'm building will be broken in using 10W30 but its a Magnumn Hyd roller block so no need for ZDDP. Then I will run 5W20 and have two used oil analysis's done. I am running a Melling 72HV with the cover plate replaced with a direct pickup in 1/2 id. Stock pickup shown for reference, will be removed and port plugged.
