Mattax top fuel Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 1,645 Phila. Pa.	Just the tips of the bolts are hollow. I've not seen the service bulletin myself. It apparently explains this was to reduce incidents of the bolts backing out. Having a hollow area creates more tension while staying in the elastic range for grade 5 bolts.
