Yeah I was confused by your responses here lol. Someone else assumed I meant the entire car in satin black. I meant just as you see it now, and questions on application and more importantly, care of this type paint combo when it's done. My best guess at this point is traditional paste wax ok for the gloss, avoid the black with this of course, and use a spray on/wipe off type for the satin areas (which isn't as durable or long lasting but at least we have something now. Meguire makes one for instance.)

I used what many recommended and my painter also did. The SEM Hot Rod Black (or Trim Black is supposed to be the same in rattle cans). I'm happy with the results and my car is not original so accuracy is not critical there. I didn't want flat black, but a satin finish just like I have.
