Im glad they're finally doing this the RIGHT way. To bad its 10 years to late.
No kidding.
The Mopar Performance program has always been run on a shoestring and screwed up. I know an engineer (now retired) who was actually working on a 440 crate engine with (EFI I think) and the hoops of red tape he had to jump through was insane.
