I have a GM HEI module on my slant 6 along with a ford e-core(square) coil, all mounted on one bracket made from a piece of 2 in angle aluminum. I mounted it on the passenger side inner fender. I regapped the plugs to .040 , and it did have a seat of the pants improvement. Better spark, and cheap too! The module cost me $15.00, and the coil about 20 at O'Reilley's....not sure what a Mopar control unit costs, but considering the fact that it idles better, and runs better too, I am sold on it.
