the fronts on some slid off & on on some years the later I think 97 & up Ford truck I'm sure would be an easy fit Just remember there's a good chance that what fits your axle will most likely have to be modified in some way or another to fit.
Using GM calipers is beneficial in that you can go to the parts store & get what you need cheap & you can get custom calipers for cheap & still go to the parts store & get brake pads to fit
If you want parking brakes you use 82-88 F body GM rears & hoses & cables
If you use any calipers newer than 78 they are metric lines so you will have to put the metric fitting on your steel line to use it just cut & reflsre
