It works now, wiring was ok, it was a problem with spring contact in motor cam, it was open all the time and motor didn't have power to park

How should it be grounded? there are two tabs that hang free "in the air", one with heater lamp attached - has small screw hole at the end, second on the door side with 1/4" hole. I checked and it had ground, but to make sure I added self made wire from one tab to dash frame
