I ran across this one while browsing another site, maybe YB. Anybody know anything about this little gem?

I was just commenting with my engine guy near Tampa that Stewart introduced me to about 10 or so years back. I bought some older, beat up SS Hemi heads that were done by MCH. I bet Stewart would have loved looking over those. Robert had them on his flow bench and I bet Stewart would have been over there for that.

A new Nostalgia Pro Stock Association is being proposed here in the Phoenix area. I will be joining with the Colt and my brothers '70 Duster(with some history(for sure in the D/G wars, but we believe it may have been an old John Diana car) will join in the fray also.

I'd like to see a Nostalgia Pro Stock group based on the early 1970s cars, (Hemi Cudas/Dusters, BB Carmaros, BB Moosetangs, etc.). The current groups seem to center around late 1980s tube chassis cars. I have no interest in those cars.

Anyone know the history on the one for sale in Vancouver, WA? It's in Hemmings and was on Racing Junk not too long ago.

I don't know the history but the price has gone down a bit from when it was on racing junk.

Originally built for Jack Sharkey in the Kansas City area, mostly used as a show car. Car was sold to Tom Kocanda and Donn Patrick who ran it in Comp through the mid-late 70's. They may have dabbled in Pro a little bit, but I don't seem to recall seeing where they did. Car was bracket raced after that. Current owner was running a BBC/Glide combo. Excellent car, just priced too high for what it is. There is a story behind the price, but I am not going to get into it here.
