The only way to know for sure is go the local Mopar dealer and have them run the vin number.
Anything else will be just a guess , regardless of known susp pkg or not

I don't think a spring used in a strut will affect the height of a car, the strut will open so much in height and with that said, the strut length will be the height so a weaker spring will compress alot more to give you that sagging look. So I believe you would look for a spring that supports less weight.. like a used one..just saying
