so been fighting this issue the past two years, everytime i fill up or stop awhile it dumps out about 2-4 litres of fuel out the vent tube, tried taking the hose up into my trunk so its higher than the filler neck, its slightly better but this is getting tiresome pics show with what I am working with, any suggestions?

Fill up the tank less?
Crappy solution I know, but your vent is lower than the high point of the tank.
Cap that tube and add a vent to a top corner.

Are you routing the vent hose back into the filler pipe? If not, why not work up
You might want to add a complete loop in the hose also up high above the entry into the filler pipe also up twocents
