Does anyone sell a quarter panel patch panel for around the outer wheel well. I have small amounts of bubble around the outer edge quarter panel wheel wells. It is a convertible but I don't think it would matter for this application.

Nope: went thru this myself. Had to buy full qtr from amd. Not the full-full, but the other. Many times it's better (easier) to replace panel from body-line downward, then to attempt adding around wheelwell area. Besides: conv's were noted for rusting in that front-lower section of the qtr-panel.

I did my 73 15 years ago. The only thing available were 1/2 quarters. Just cut the parts it needed. The area in front of the wheel us very close to the outer rocker. Mine had pine needles between the two panels. They had formed to a hard mass like OSB board. No way you could had removed them without cutting the panel. My panel showed very little rust from the outside. Glad I cut it. Still perfect today.
