I decided to update the last post on this topic with a new thread since I was the last poster and brought up an issue with them. I ordered this set months ago from doc diff. This customers car got stalled because of numerous other issues so I just installed them last week. After I installed these in the car, they actually turned inside the control arm instead of the bushing. After a quick measure, I determined that the the ID of the control arm was correct and the ball joint was good and tight. Measuring the OD of the bushing, it was obvious the OD of the bushing has been turned down on a lathe to the size of the ID of the arm for installation! What was someone thinking? An email to Cass and a solution was found. He offered to ship me a complete new set of control arms but I did not want to box and ship these back when I could fix them faster. He will ship me some bushing and I can press them in and be good to go. So, to the original poster of the first thread, that is why I use doc diff. Cass is great with customer service. This was not his fault but the supplier and he stands behind his products. I would hate to be going back to the eBay seller that I did not have any kind of history with trying to explain this and getting it quickly resolved.

So the OD of the upper control arm bushing was too small?

Yes. The ID of the arm was fine. They are nice looking arms. The problems was that someone who built the arm actually turned the upper bushing on a lathe down to a slip fit instead of pressing it in with .014 interference fit like it is supposed to have. You could see the mill marks on the bushing. Cass said he has never seen any like that before and has sold lots of them. Idk what happened but I just ordered new bushings from Rock Auto for 9.00 and pressed them in like normal. It was easier than sending them back for new arms.
