The terminal is removable. I squeeze the fuse side together and it will push through.

When you had to restore your own dash harness, before the repop market had them, I had to strip down 4 harnesses and swap wires to get one harness together. The radio plug was the hardest to find. I had to turn a non a/c box into an a/c fuse box. I had to add missing wires.

M&H harness??? I have a new one also. I had to pirate a terminal from another old harness to fill the void. You would think they would put everything in that is supposed to be there....

The harness is basically for a 70 Charger, it adapts well for 90% of the 70 Plymouth/Dodge B body applications, odd ball options requiring electrical service have to be added with additional harness supplements, or removed from the existing harness, or fabricated...sure beats the old days when you needed to raid junk yards/parts cars for a hopefully complete harness

The only addition to my M&H harness I had to buy for my 70 Charger application was the Tach harness, other than that pretty much everything had service

FYI: I hope the OP took the time to compare the FSM wiring diagram and existing harness to the new one?, as well as check continuity of each circuit? much easier to troubleshoot the harness out of the car/dash before install... some (very few) have had problems with loose/poor crimped connection, or breaks in circuits

Mike

I don't want to hi-jack the thread, but how well does the 5 gang straight terminal for the gauges fit on the pins? I just went to plug mine in and it falls off. I don't know what M&H calls the terminals they used in that plug, but they suck. They should have used female "bullet" type connectors. What M&H used was a terminal that has two flimsy prongs to make contact with the pins. Real impressive part. I will post some pics of them when I get back in my garage. I'm going to try and reuse the female ends from an old harness or find new ones somewhere.
